In detail:

1. Excavation and transportation of materials from the excavation of the foundations for the electromechanical equipment, transformer foundations, and the control building.
2. Excavation and transportation of materials from the excavation of medium-voltage (MV) & low-voltage (LV) cable trenches, manholes, sealed septic tank, cable duct passages, and drainage, water supply, and sewer pipelines.
3. Preparation of the final surface before applying the lean concrete for the control building and equipment foundations.
4. Excavation of the substation plot to the level required for the grounding network installation.
5. Backfilling, spreading, and compaction of the selected soil material to the leveling surface.
6. Internal road construction.
7. Asphalt paving for the remaining substation area.
