- Ensures the use of suppliers and subcontractors who are responsible and respect labor and human rights.
- Recognizes and meets the training and re-training needs of employees.
- Continuously reviews and improves the performance of the System it implements.
- Sets measurable and objective goals.
- Provides the necessary resources for the uninterrupted, efficient, and effective operation of each organizational unit.
- Takes all appropriate measures to ensure the financial soundness and independence of the company.
- Regularly informs the company’s executives about the various aspects of the System.
- Establishes a Social Responsibility Committee/Team and internal audit and inspection mechanisms.
- Establishes control and evaluation mechanisms for the suppliers and subcontractors it uses.
- Establishes documented procedures for handling complaints and grievances.
- Management recognizes and rewards teamwork as well as individual effort, protects employees from any sanctions for submitting complaints, and encourages improvement suggestions.
- Accepts and facilitates audits by competent authorities and bodies.
