personal data.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Systematic provision of information regarding the established Social Responsibility Policy to all recognized stakeholders and competent authorities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provision of all necessary resources and means required.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Systematic monitoring of all processes to ensure continuous improvement of the System.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Full support for the employees&#8217; inalienable right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Respect for employees&#8217; right to a decent standard of living.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prevention and avoidance of violations of human and labor rights of personnel.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Maintenance and promotion of a safe working environment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTo achieve the above, Management:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Recognizes and evaluates the threats and risks affecting its activities and takes all necessary measures to address them.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provides the staff with all the required Personal Protective Equipment.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensures the use of suppliers and subcontractors who are responsible and respect labor and human rights.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Recognizes and meets the training and re-training needs of employees.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Continuously reviews and improves the performance of the System it implements.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sets measurable and objective goals.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provides the necessary resources for the uninterrupted, efficient, and effective operation of each organizational unit.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Takes all appropriate measures to ensure the financial soundness and independence of the company.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Regularly informs the company\u2019s executives about the various aspects of the System.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establishes a Social Responsibility Committee\/Team and internal audit and inspection mechanisms.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establishes control and evaluation mechanisms for the suppliers and subcontractors it uses.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Establishes documented procedures for handling complaints and grievances.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Management recognizes and rewards teamwork as well as individual effort, protects employees from any sanctions for submitting complaints, and encourages improvement suggestions.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Accepts and facilitates audits by competent authorities and bodies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nKADMOS S.A. expects every employee to make every reasonable effort to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations, thus contributing to the commitment of the Company and supporting the implementation of this Policy.
